    LICENSE AND USE TERMS

    Effective date: 10/06/2025 Author/Publisher: Love Poems Bernadetta Siemiątkowska Product: Checklist for a month before the wedding

    1. SUBJECT OF THE LICENSE

    This license applies to a digital wedding e-book (hereinafter referred to as the "Product") containing advice, tips and materials related to the organization of a wedding.

    2. LICENSEE'S RIGHTS

    The purchase of the Product entitles you to:

    • Personal use - using the content for your own needs
    • Downloading and storing - saving copies on personal devices
    • Printing - printing content solely for personal use
    • Access for the whole family - sharing content with immediate family members planning a wedding

    3. RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS

    IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

    • Reselling, renting or transferring the Product to third parties
    • Copying, reproducing or distributing in whole or in part
    • Publishing content on the internet, social media, or other platforms
    • Commercial use without the written consent of the Author
    • Transferring Product access data to other persons
    • Reverse engineering, decompilation or modification of the Product
    • Removing copyright information or author attributions

    4. COPYRIGHT

    All content included in the Product, including:

    • Texts, graphics, photos, illustrations
    • Graphic layouts and formatting
    • Concepts, ideas and methodologies

    are protected by copyright and constitute the exclusive intellectual property of the Author.

    5. RESPONSIBILITY

    • The content is educational and inspirational
    • The author is not responsible for the consequences of using the advice.
    • The User uses the Product at his/her own risk.
    • It is recommended to consult with professionals when planning a wedding.

    6. RETURN POLICY

    Due to the digital nature of the Product:

    • Returns are possible within 14 days of purchase
    • The refund will be made after verification of the lack of violation of the license conditions.
    • Upon return, the user undertakes to delete all copies

    7. LICENSE VIOLATION

    In the event of a breach of the license terms:

    • The license is automatically canceled
    • The author reserves the right to pursue claims
    • Legal action may be taken to protect copyright.

    8. UPDATES AND SUPPORT

    • The product may be updated by the Author
    • The user is entitled to free updates for 12 months
